In the event of cancellation of a stay programmed in a period linked to the Covid-19 health crisis, it will be free and, if necessary, a refund will be made free of charge.
Our general rental conditions have been modified following the ordinance. We invite you to consult the relevant document attached by email to the confirmation of each reservation.
Terms of cancelation :
These conditions are suspended for the duration of the "covid-19" health crisis.
From the tenant:
- more than 2 months from the effective date of the rental, the amount of the deposit or the total amount paid for short stays (2 to 3 nights) is refunded - € 25 for costs.
- more than 1 month before the rental takes effect, the tenant loses the deposit or the total paid for short stays (2 to 3 nights).
- less than one month before the rental takes effect, the tenant will also pay the difference the deposit and the equivalent of the total rent, as a penalty clause.
- we recommend cancellation insurance.
From the owner:
- within 7 days following the withdrawal except in cases of force majeure judicial decision, fire, death, etc.) he is required to pay double the deposit or the amount paid to the tenant.
